Returns and Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
In order to make a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, without stains, odour or any similar condition, and must have all tags and original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN

If you are a registered user to access the return form you must access the panel of your account, and you must select the order to return, from there you will see the details of the order and a button where it says “return”.
If you are not a registered user you can access the return form through guest return, indicating the order number and your email, there you will be able to see the details of your order and the “return” button from which you can access the return form.

You must fill in the form with the products to be returned, and once completed, we will send you the return label and the instructions for the return as soon as possible to your email address.
You will need to take the package together with the return label to a UPS Access Point. In the following link you can see the location of these points and choose the one that suits you best: www.ups.com/dropoff/.
The return costs will be 12 euros for Spain Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and European Union, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
For the rest of the countries and the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the return costs will be the same amount as the shipping costs of the initial order.

We may take up to 5/7 days to check that the items are in the original condition, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. It may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
Please note that we will not be able to accept refunds that have not been made by the above method.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can remedy the problem.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as underwear, customised and/or personalised products and personal care items. We also do not accept returns of Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids or Gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a direct exchange of your order, as we cannot guarantee that the product you want will still be available when your return arrives. For a secure exchange, you can return your order and when the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
